This artwork depicts a girl who has many concerns about her internal emotions. This artwork contrasts internal and external emotions. The two different colours of fish contrast and link with a girl about the society.

Passion

Watercolour painting normally gives a pure and clean feeling to the artwork. However, I wanted to challenge myself to create an artwork that’ll show a strong, vibrant image of a woman using watercolour painting. 

The strong and vibrant red shows she has no fear and has passion for her future. This also emphasise the girl through the contrasting colour blue and red. The background colour blue and the jellyfish expresses the girl’s personality of how she is very enthusiastic and will reach her achievements.

Summer

This painting illustrates the concept of summer through a woman. The colour blue conveys a wave and the hair colour reflects as sand from the beach. The colour black on the hair conveys the wet hair from the wave to illustrate the feeling of cool and refreshed. The use of colours portray the refreshing breeze of summer.
